Does Vegetarians enjoy flawless skin, sound body?

Dear Vegans,

Do you have stout, flawless skin, healthy quill and bright eyes?

I want to know if vegetables etc really makes someone looks unbelievably healthy.

I want to put away lots of vegetables if it is true.

if this is a serious ask than by eating more vegetables and fruit you will increase the amount of vitamins and fiber your body is already taking within.

First, vegetarians and vegans are two different groups. Vegans are a subset of vegetarian, so if you're vegan, you're also lacto-vegetarian, but all vegetarian are not vegan.

Within any of those groups, it is still possible to have a poor diet. Lots of fruits and vegetables within your diet is good for you, but you could be a lacto-vegetarian and eat cheese pizza, milkshakes and french fries adjectives day, which isn't principally healthy.

This is freshly an opinion, but every lacto-vegetarian I have ever encounter appeared to have light, "pasty" looking skin. It's easy to spot them because of their seedy appearance. I'm not saying that person a vegetarian is ailing, it just make them look that way.

I be vegetarian contained by high arts school for a few years, and after graduation I went backbone to an omnivorous diet. My skin started breaking out periodically.

My 12 year old daughter, who is also veggie, is flawless within all respects. Her below the waist pelt is thick and shiny. She is a brown belt within karate and more fit than her non veg friends. What else can I say? I go to my 25 year high university reunion not long ago, and was voted "most close to when in school", my peers looked comparatively more aged, except for 3 other veggies in the crowd-the difference be notable
I have be a vegetarian for 7 years, but roughly 10 weeks ago I became a lacto-vegetarian. I used to get a skin imprudent, but after a couple of weeks being a lacto-vegetarian it cleared up, and the rest of my skin its much more clear and never gets dry. I also build sure I am getting my omega 3 and healthy oil by eating flax pip, hemp seed, sesame kernel, avocado, and a variety of nuts. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables will markedly contribute to good robustness, and healthy skin would be a factor of that. And by eating your fruit and vegetables fresh and untouched, also makes a difference. Eating fresh rare foods is good for any animal. One example would be my horses, when I nurture them hay and grain sure they enjoy a nice coat and healthy body. But when I turn them out on pasture to drink frsh grass in a event of weeks their coats gleam and become silky smooth.

eating a hygienic vegetarian or lacto-vegetarian diet definitely have a good effect on your skin. i wouldn't speak i have watertight skin, but it is usually pretty clear, while a girl i know who eats tons of quickly food has horrible acne and is overweight. i would say aloud i'm an average weight, conceivably a little on the low side (5'6 or 7", 125 lbs). diet isn't everything, you own to exercise too to maintain a on top form body.
its not merely veggies that make you on form. you have to drink hose and exercise regularly.
lightly cooked fresh veggies are good and tough
but vegans can be unhealthy too---if they fry their food, smoke, over drink or do drugs
