DIRECTIONS
In a considerable saucepan, heat vegetable grease over a medium-low heat. Place the onions contained by the pan, and saute until golden.

Directions:

No one surrounded by Mexico would make a dish minus chilies. Dice an assortment of vegetables, aubergine, red and green peppers, courgettes (zucchini) and fleshy tomatoes.. Slice onions garlic and chilies. Sweat sour the onions garlic and chilies. Start to boil the rice and then give the prepared veg and the onions etc. Just before the rice is cooked include some canned sweet corn and a can of red beans. A squeeze of lime wouldn't stir amiss. Or you can quarter lime and garnish the dish - give some coriander leaves at the very later minute. There you have it chili con carne in need the carne.

huh?i am mexican and the rice my family make is always lacto-vegetarian. we've never added meat or dairy to it. i can't tellyou the exact recipe, cause it's my mom that make it,but we put in regular white rice, tomato sauce,or my mom makes her own saucein the blender, and onion for flavor,we don't drink it though, some salt and hose. put it in the container and let it cook!
