Vegetarian Diet?

Im becoming a vegetarian but my parents are afraid i will not return with enough protein expecially since im just 12 so im still growing. What are some good sources of protein? Cause they're worried i'll procure a deficiancy or something.

He give excellent reasons why FOOD, adjectives food, is a good source of protein, and why inhabitants who eat a sort FOOD, whatever considerate it is, will not become protein deficient. That's the honourable side of things, below I will give the downside of things.

TOO MUCH PROTEIN
Don't verbs about not getting adequate protein on a veggie diet. People who eat meat and dairy and eggs truly eat too much protein, which cause osteoporosis. When the body digests an overload of protein (like a hamburger patty or steak or egg or something), the protein turns sour in the digestive tract. This tart needs to be neutralize, so the body saps the calcium from the bones contained by order to neutralize this tart. Over time, enough calcium is sapped from the bones, which cause them to become POrous, thus resulting in osteoPORosis. Sooo, too much protein is in truth bad for us. The SAM (Standard American Diet) have way too much protein surrounded by it. Vegan is the healthiest you can do for yourself. Oh, that and not taking drugs, hehe! (joking, joking)

pills, i am a vegetarian too and i am 14, its confident, pills or eggs, because eggs are a good aource of protien, that's what i do
try boca burgers. they are delicious and a great source of protein. In trueness, though, you can get adjectives the protein you need from beans and rice. protein really isn't that big a contract. meat substitutes will probably become a big part of your diet, to net up for the meat. morning star farms have a great product called veggie crumbles that can be used only like ground beef, but is so much better, not just for your health, but great taste to. do your own research on this, arm yourself, and make the struggle for your parents. let them know you are serious (if you are). their are several vegetarian books out within, and plenty of great websites with wonderful info. www.peta.com well brought-up luck.

Actually Vegetarians get more protein than meat eaters wreak they have to guzzle more beans and more cereals and more grain.
