I would close to to be a lacto-vegetarian and i be wondering...?

well, i found that lacto- lacto-vegetarian suits me the best. is there anything else i want to do besides taking a good multi vitamin and intake only plant derived foods and some dairy? resembling, would i have to switch to adjectives natural products (e.g. tub and body stuff...etc.)?

Lacto-Vegetarian sounds great. As long as you are eating a mixture of foods, you wont need a multi-vitamin any more than you did while drinking meat. Of course, vitamins are always correct for anyone.

Whether you choose to switch out the other stuff is up to you. Some people find it difficult and some find it undemanding to give up meat and eggs. You should start exactly where on earth you said, the one that suits you best. If you feel comfortable at hand and would like to start working on other aspects of you time such as bath products, later great!

But a lacto veg means no unconscious animals and no eggs. You do not have to present up any other products. If you are going veg because of animal cruelty or environmental damage, later you may want to address those aspects of you life eventually.

you dont have to do anything. as you attain more comfortable with vegetarianism you will integer out what works best for you. And researching not only what go into what you eat but what go into the things you wear, wash next to, etc is great - arm yourself with know-how so you can make literary choices! Eating naturally, organically, locally and sustainably are adjectives good things, but respectively takes action and time to learn how to work into your natural life. Take your time, read, explore, ask questions, and what you swot will lead you to your preferred lifestyle. Have fun!

I am 14, I've be a healthy lacto-vegetarian for a whiles now. No pediasure, no supplements or vitamins at adjectives. I eat nuts, grain, veggies, and cheese. I am trying to cut the cheese, as if it is for the animals sake, dairy kills matching as the meat industry. Most veal cows come from the dairy industry, as do most of the beef you eat. At 5/6 years mature female dairy cows are slaughtered, and when they are forcefully impregnate, the calf, if it is sick, or if it is male, is rear, drugged so its so fat it cant stand on its legs, and consequently slaughtered for veal. Female cows are grown, impregnated per annum, and face equal fate as their mothers.

But otherwise, nuts, dairy, grain, veggies and fruit. I eat Mac n Cheese closely, noodles, like ramen, (High sodium be carfeul) and a great deal of bread.

Most vegetarian choose to be a vegetarian because they are against animal cruelty. Not using any products that come from animals usually dance along with that. i.e. not wearing wool, leather, and fur and not using make-up products that are tested on animals. Check out www.peta2.com for what really happens to animals surrounded by laboratories, and waht happens to the sheep whose wool is harvest and the other animals who are killed for their fur.

Only on the internet, I think, would "most" be bandied just about there as certainty.

Use your usual shampoo. You can wear all the fur you please and still be a lacto-vegetarian; you just can't EAT it.
No bath stuff doesn't engender a difference. You should make a conscious force to get adequate protein in your diet. Start ingestion tofu and beans.
nearby are no "rules" that must be followed-its a matter of personal choice. Many products are tested on animals, cause all sorts of defect, skin conditions, and pain. If you want to help out animals, don't buy products tested on them. Otherwise, do what works for you. The veggie police wont turn up on your doorstep. Congrats for going veggie!
Technically, you don't enjoy to switch anything, but from my point of view, yes. No more label up tested on animals, no bath things containing animal stuff. That sounds vegan-ish, but that's how I am, even though I'm lacto-vegetarian.
In addition to the multi-vitamin, you should probably start intake some soy and tofu, like Boca stuff.
do not use soaps that have sodium tallowate or tallow which is an animal by product. Also, various shampoos contain urea, and placenta.
you don't own to switch to all colloquial products, but there are like mad out there that are tested on animals so i try and buy the ones that aren't (which is unyielding sometimes). i also refuse to buy leather or anything beside fur. don't feel close to you HAVE to do anything though. giving up meat is a great idea, anything else you do is of late icing on the cake. =)
