Well you could get through meat if you choose to but there are abundant replacements for the nutrients protien and taste. Some products I would reccomend would be Morningstar Farms or Boca. But if you want something for a moment more nourishing the Amy brand is delicous especially the lasagna and enchiladas!

There is no reason to get through meat. I have be a vegetarian and a lacto-vegetarian for almost 20 years, and the health benefits alone should convince you to stop drinking meat. Beef stays in your colon for 2 weeks formerly passing thru the body. Milk stays within your stomach for an hour before man digested. Our teeth are not designed to eat meat. They resemble cows teeth, not dogs or cats. If you filch away all of our tools, at hand would be no way we could capture animals for food, much less out run any. We don't own the claws, teeth, speed or intestines to catch, slit open and digest the rare meat. Also, meat has no nutritional effectiveness. Only protein. Look on the meat label for adjectives the vitamins and minerals you get from hamburger, chicken, turkey etc. and you won't know how to find any. Dead muscle is bad for you and not a soul should be told that there unnatural for wanting to be healthy.
