What cant a vegeterian and lacto-vegetarian put away?

Answer:
Vegetarians can eat anything which does not require the animal to be late first. This allows milk and eggs and their by-products, and rules out all meat and fish, gelatin, some colourings and flavourings, and anything which requires the use of dead-animal by-products (eg most wines as gelatin is used to "clear" them).

Vegans can eat single non-animal products - nothing from animals, unconscious or alive. So they will have no meat or fish, no gelatin, nil containing or using meat by-products, no dairy, no eggs and nothing containing dairy or egg by-products.
A vegetarian doesn't chomp through any meat. On the other hand a lacto-vegetarian doesn't eat any animal products or meat. People cogitate it's the same but near is a big difference.
a lacto-vegetarian dosent eat meat... a lacto-vegetarian dosent eat meat, eggs, or any dairy products

oh and some empire say that they can still chomp through fish but they cant
Depends. Vegetarians may or may not chomp through: fish and/or shellfish, milk, eggs, or dairy such as cheese, butter, and ice cream. A lacto-vegetarian will not eat ANY animal product.
They can EAT....but it's a choice of WHAT to eat.

No meat or animal products. Hardcore vegetarian will go as far as avoiding eggs and dairy products. They substitute these protein sources beside soy products. If you can handle that benevolent of diet I say be in motion for it......
There are in actual fact many types of vegetarian:

1. semi-vegetarian: will eat poultry and fish, but no other animal flesh

2. pesco-vegetarian: will get through fish, but no other animal flesh

3. lacto-ovo-vegetarian: will eat dairy and eggs, but no animal flesh

4. ovo-vegetarian: will drink eggs, but no dairy or animal flesh

5. vegan: will get through no animal flesh or products of any type, including dairy, eggs, and even honey
ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH There is no "semi-vegetarian" or "pesco-vegetarian"

A lacto-vegetarian doesn't eat meat (which includes fish and chicken), some may or may not drink eggs or dairy products

A vegan will guzzle nothing from an animal, which includes eggs. No animal by-products, gelatin for example. They don't guzzle honey either because it comes from an animal.
Vegans can't eat anything made of or from animals.
EXample: No Jell-O, No dairy Soy ok! Tofu ok! All kind of grains or VEGGies and Fruits!!
The answer is simple. Things that come directly from animals. The degree to which this guide applies determines the class of veg*nism they leak into, but the guide is the one defining identifying point of non-focus. I read aloud non-focus because we veg*ns prefer to focus on the positive rather than the refusal. In other words we focus on eating plant base products, rather than focus on not drinking animal based products. Quite a few relatives who call themself veg*n don't obtain this, but that's not their fault.
Vegetarian: Extracts from animals are OK, but not animal flesh.
Vegan: No animal extract or flesh.
