i think your parents doesn't agree beside u cause u'r still young at heart and u need proteins and vitamins to grow up! u enjoy to take these vitamins from the food, resembling meat etc.. u'r in puberty time and u have need of to eat honourable food! eat vegetables grounds they are good for strength but twice a day try to guzzle meat, or else drink alot of nuts and pulses cause they own the same proteins as meat
