How difficult is it to convert to anyone a lacto-vegetarian?

I'm interested for a few different reasons, but be aware of it will be very frozen to do. Has anyone here gone through the process?

Answers:
not difficult at all... I cook my own food, it's basically easier this way.

I go vegan cold turkey (no pun intended). it wasn't discouraging at all.
resourcefully, I didn't eat meat or dairy beforehand that so maybe that's why it wasn't difficult.
telephone call me crazy but when I'd go food shopping most of the time I steal lists of adjectives ingredients to guide me in buying adjectives vegan food.

also, do some research previously you go lacto-vegetarian. that will help.
Go keep watch on a cow get slaughtered, that will formulate it easier.

Personally, I can stomach that so I still eat meat.
I've be a lacto-ovo-vegetarian for many years, and I'm trying to bit by bit go lacto-vegetarian myself, but I have found it somewhat difficult. Mind you, not everyone finds converting to veganism difficult, but it is for me, because I don't approaching cooking, and most of the restaurants in my nouns aren't vegan-friendly. However, if you have the time to do the research and you close to to cook, you should have lots of fun trying strange vegan recipe.:)
although I have never be, nor will I ever BE a vegan, it is a process resembling anything else in vivacity that you will encounter.
you need to be loyal to your decision and do exactly as you want. Don't forget that you are doing something that is completely out of the norm for any society, and you will be within some places a "pariah".
to be sure, I would not welcome you surrounded by my home and would not welcome you contained by converstaion since i do NOT agree with veganism.
This individual said, your choice is your choice and you have a right to product that choice.
I wish you adjectives the best, and hope that whatever you do make you happy.
However, I will recommend you to make sure that this lifestyle is what you really want, after plenty of research.
Good luck !
I did it. I go from being an almost total meat-eater to a lacto-vegetarian.

I had horrible cravings for meat for in the region of 2 weeks, then they stopped. After those 2 weeks I didn't even want meat anymore. Now the smell of meat and hasty food make me sick to my stomach.
I go from omnivorous to vegan overnight and haven't looked fund since, haven't had a craving since. I'll pocket my food without the cruelty! If you own high integrity and safekeeping about adjectives life, it's not that knotty. If you make it sturdy on yourself or view yourself as somehow "giving something up" (I didn't pass anything up; I've gained greatly by being vegan), next it might be harder for you. It's all contained by your perspective, commitment, and ethics.
ts pretty complicated espaecially if you have eat meat all your existence, but if you have the will power than you hold nothing to wory roughly speaking
I went lacto-vegetarian a while back, it is in actual fact pretty easy. I don't approaching the taste of meat so that help.

Like one of the other posters said, after a couple of weeks or months as a vegetarian the smell of meat can sometimes sicken you.

The hardest entity to do is finding good filch out or "ready to eat" meal.

There will be significant changes surrounded by your "output levels". Common decency prevents me from discussing this surrounded by length and most sane people would not want me to :)
Well, I've be a vegetarian for awhile and tried going lacto-vegetarian for a week. It's pretty hard! You don't realize how much get taken out of what you can eat, EX: 100 calorie snack pack, yogurt, milk, butter, cookies, cheese, etc. But, if you stay committed and find alternative stuff, it's easier.
my mom is she doesnt like meat my friend doesn't similar to to kill animals explicitly why she is vegetarian i don"t suggest it is that difficult
No. And I never will. EAT THE COWS BEFORE THEY EAT YOU!
Alright here's what I have to articulate to people who are Vegan's or Vegeterians.

If you own leather or fur surrounded by any shape or form (belts, shoes, wallets, sports car seats, coats etc..) - next my love, eat adjectives the grass and soy your heart desires you are still a meat eater..

So, before you start worrying your pretty little come first about if Veganism is trouble-free for you...throw out all your makeup that is to say animal tested before you use it, throw out your leather infused products and try living a lifestyle Vegan free back wanting to consume food that's vegan acceptible.
Read this book "Skinny B i t c h" that will convince you to be a lacto-vegetarian!!
It can be hard at first, but it will take easier and you'll get more experience and it'll basically become second nature for you to be lacto-vegetarian.The hardest thing is ingestion out.
