Well, every Sunday my ethnic group cooks something big like a turkey dinner near potatoes and corn and what not. It has to do next to religion I guess. If you're not a religious person you should in recent times cook a basic buffet like spaghetti or hamburgers. It depends how abundant people you're intake with. If you're buy yourself purely go and get hold of takeout, if you're eating beside your family categorically go near the spaghetti, or if you're eating next to friends go beside chicken or hamburgers. Have funnnn.

*EDIT:
I just saw that this be in the lacto-vegetarian section. Spaghetti would still be a virtuous idea beside family short meat sauce/meatballs and salad or garlic bread on the side. (Beware for garlic breathe if you decide to enjoy it) and for takeout if you're by yourself you should get subway or chinese food (like their fried rice beside vegtables and not chicken) and for friends you should have subs and potatoe salad. Or subs and salad.

Salad w/ Flax oil, vinegar, fresh squeezed garlic and deep-sea salt dressing , Brown Rice near lightly stir fried mixed vegetables . Later for a dessert, fresh fruit - any munificent you like or in recent times put the fruit in a juicer and you enjoy a great cleansing drink.
