Is palm grease, cocoanut grease and soy lecithin apt for you or not?

Palm and coconut no - soy lecithin is terribly good for you!
Palm and coconut oil are wringing wet fats and no upright for you. Soy lecithin has a dubious reputation and it is very soon found that soy products are toxic to a lot of relations.

Some would think Coconut grease to be bad for U do it's a Saturated oil but it's one of the few
Saturated oil that are good for U.
If U own an underactive Thyroid then Coconut Oil is angelic for U. If You're thyroid is Overactive then it's not upright for you!
Saturated oils approaching Palm oil are discouraging if you have a everyday or overactive thyroid. However they are okay for U if your thyroid is underactive!
I'm not sure where soy lecithin fits.. Dietiticians read aloud it's good for losing freight!

Coconut oil is devout for people living implicit the coastal areas. It is not good to steam coconut oil and consume it. Raw grease in salad etc is obedient . I am not sure about soy lecithin...
