Vegetarians- within general don't put away meat and any animal products. They replace it with beans, tofu or any entry that doesn't came from animal. Most of their diets are from veggies, fruits, beans, etc. No animal products.

Yes. I eat animal crackers because I am a lacto-vegetarian and they don't have any meat within them! Vegan don't, however; as they most likely enjoy milk or eggs in them, which are, evidently, animal products. Doesn't have anything to do next to their shape.
If you are talking around the animal crackers that you get at circuses, yes, they can munch through them. Vegetarians just hold to make sure in attendance is no animal products in the ingredients index (such as lard). If you are talking almost crackers made of meat, well, logically not, but then again, I hold never seen those past.
