Vegetarian Bar - B - Q Recipes?

What are some good lacto-vegetarian things you can cook on the grill?

Answer:
I make kabobs. You can draw from wooden sticks at the grocery store. I put mushrooms, sliced bell peppers, pearl onions and sliced potatoes on them and marinade them surrounded by lemon pepper marinade. You could a different flavor if you wanted. I cook them until the potatoes are soft.
I like to delicately steam some new potatoes, after thread them on wooden skewers with zuchini, pepper, onions, mushrooms, and other veggies, consequently I marinate them in olive grease, garlic, and fresh rosemary, then cook them on the grill. Portabello mushrooms are appropriate grilled too
Grilled corn on the bbq is yummy. I lug off the hair and rub butter all over it. Sprinkle some saline and pepper, and then wrap within aluminum foil. Throw it over the grill, flipping every few minutes until done. Yummmm.....
It's frozen to match the texture of meat, but firm tofu and most vegetables grill up other on the grill. It's amazing what you can grill: tomatoes, corn on the cob, asparagus, green beans, cabbage, carrots, etc. I would weakly coat with olive grease and some spices to make more zesty. But BBQ, I don't know that you can do that. Check out www.cookinglight.com for more vegan/vegetarian philosophy.
Potatoes.
If you sliver potatoes as if you be making french fries and then BBQ them they turn into french fries (surprise) but no grease necessary and they return with a nice leathery chew to them.
