My mum doesn't, but only because she's be vegan within the past, and is presently vegetarian.
No one else rather understands why I'd want to tender up that oh-so-tasty (not) meat.

My 18yr infirm granddaughter is a vegan. I can let somebody know you, its taken some getting used to. She eats everything lightly cooked, nothing is cooked. She is the healthiest, fittest, human being I know so I cant knock it!! She has have to take lots of flack over it tho, but she take it all and lately carriesagainst, making wonderful dishes, pureed drinks etc.

I have be vegetarian for over a year presently, im the only one contained by my family. My mum supports me the entire route and my dad stopped eating red meat because of me. It is earth-shattering to have support from your parents. I enjoy been question by my uncles, and made fun of by my cousins, but my choice is my choice and im going to stick with it.
I go through a veggie stage when I was roughly 13, not because I disapprove of eating meat but I in recent times went stale the taste for a while. My parents thought it strange but surrounded by no way did they infer I was a nut because of it. They impelled us to be true to ourselves so if I didn't want to eat meat consequently I didn't have to drink it.
Yes, they did when I made my announcement years ago and they still think so today. They meditate it's a phase. lol. (yeah, right!)
I just shrug, smile and enlighten them how wonderful I feel.

when i told my uncle mike i be a vegetarian he flipped out he be like did you know if humans never ate meat we'd still be monkeys we would enjoy never evolved. it was akward
