Why are you a lacto-vegetarian?

Answer:
Love this question because it make me think something like my commitment again:

Well, I have hear a lot of information almost the health concerns almost eating animal products (including eggs and dairy) over olden times many years (probably going vertebrae to the 70s). That is my chief reason for individual not just lacto-vegetarian, but vegan, and surrounded by the summer, raw lacto-vegetarian. I believe that the plant-based diet is the healthiest diet-- that all your nutrients are available (except possibly for B12, which can be gotten efficiently through a small supplement). I feel better when I get through vegan. I feel lousy when I ate dairy.

And I also continue to be well-read in the nouns of vegan nutrition and swot more exciting stuff about how rare fruit and vegetables work to extend a quality time. Too, I went to a oration by the "Mad Cowboy" Howard Lyman and that REALLY turned me around... google him and hear what he has to speak.... really impressive (share it next to your parents and grandparents-- he has that compassionate of influence).

All the best!
because i notice that eating meat, i be eating alot of foods that be really unhealthy and i be starting to gain weight. so i go straight to vegan and ive be doing great! 4 months and going strong!
Becasue thinking going on for what I'm eating and how it died make me sick to my stomach.
It begin when I discovered the function of liver in the body. That blew adjectives pates and liver dishes out the window! It be logical to assume that if the liver strains all poisons out of the body, when you drink the liver, you are also ingesting a whack of poisons along with the flesh.

In 1972 I hear Dr. David Suzuki discussing the problem of accumulated chemicals within the flesh of the animals we were drinking. Always a man with great foresight, Mr. Suzuki spoke of the proliferation of antibiotics feed these beasts which he claimed be creating super germs resistant to treatment. That rather hermetic the deal for me.

The illusion of meat having to rot surrounded by my body so that it can be absorbed into my system is one that keep me on the veggie path! That cannot be able-bodied. Surely there is a defence why those with colon cancer are often urged to dispense up red meats.

As a Muslim I cannot munch through any pork products. As a person conscious of my own form, I avoid beef and lamb. Chicken I admit to enjoy maybe once a year. For the rest, I get through fresh foods and grains and do relatively well.
same reason as rey. also as a kid and not knowing what i be really eating, i never really care for the taste of meat.
It's kinda because i dont like the invective to animal, but of course not adjectives companies abuse the animals,i've done a short time research but i cant be choosy right now while i'm living near my parent because i know this is very inconvenient for them.
I'm tired of eating meat.
because i dont wanna eat something that could once look at me. eww. and only knowing i'd be eating part of the pack of an animal makes me sick.
i dont eat meat because i have a feeling disgusted when i think that this be a living creature of God and how can i eat this animal that be once running and sleeping and breathing... mean ican get through other things rather than purely meat...why should the cow have to guve up its duration just so that i can enjoy some food...there are other things to munch through rather next an animal. i also feel similar to a killer

I"m lacto-vegetarian because i don"t want to kill any animal for my zest
Since I be a child I suffered from very fruitless nasal and skin allergies. Also when I reached my teens, I suffered from multiple menstrual and reproductive system disorders that doctors could not figure out or diagnose.
For abundant years I was contained by hormonal treatments and allergy drugs and creams and nothing never help me to get better.
One sunshine a I met a friend that talked to me something like how a vegetarian energy style could easeaway all my symptoms. After 4 years as a lacto-vegetarian, my health is over the bar. All my allergy and reproductive problems are gone! All this merely by changing what I ate. If everybody specifically sick made a REAL change on what they drink they would improve tremendously short the need of using drugs and other treatments that freshly focus on the symptoms but don't take caution of the cause. We hold to take watchfulness of the cause of sickness; our Life Styles.
I never really liked meat, especially red meat, so it freshly seemed right to stop intake meat. I wouldn't have to verbs about animals dying so I could suffer while I munch through them.... the whole process freshly seemed wrong. I also only just don't see why an animal has to die so I can get through it to get nutrients when those nutrients can come from other sources.
Because meat may have perasites contained by it,plus it can give me a unpromising sickness if i do eat it.So I can be more vigorous
I am a lacto-vegetarian because I don't like to put away anything that has a facade!
Because I found out how animals are treated on the farm, on the way to the slaughterhouse and at the slaughterhouse. If I be to continue ingestion meat I would be supporting this inhumane way of treating living things. There is no means of access I will contribute to this, so I will never eat a peice of meat again.
