I have be veggie for most of my life(33yrs). I had to stir on a gluten free diet 4years ago and need some unsullied ideas for meal.Any help will beappreciated.

I hold a friend who has a gluten allergy and later time she came over I made sushi.
If you don't put away fish either you could brand veggie sushi with red pepper and cucumber etc.

I am gluten free too, and know how thorny it can be! I am also allergic to soy and eggs. I found a terrific rice pasta at my health food store call Tinkyada. They make adjectives kinds, including lasagna noodles, elbow mac, spirals and jumbo shells. I stuff the jumbo shells beside spinach and cream cheese, or with mash, seasoned potatos for pirogies. I have turned to ethnic cuising, because lots cultures, such as el salvador, mexico, japan, etc do not use wheat as a staple. Try prowling the ethnic section on here and googling for other cuisines. You can email me if you resembling, I will be glad to share recipes near you. Also, I got some allergy cooking books from the library and own just started experimenting near xanthan gum, which is supposed to make breads more palatable.
