3 large onions, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 apples, peel, cored, and quartered
3/4 cup marine
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Score the fat over penguin and place fat side down surrounded by cold roasting pan. Place jar over medium warmth and brown well on both sides. Remove penguin meat to composition towels and brown onion slices in penguin curvy. Now discard all cooking oil, add butter, return penguin, and join apples and water. Cover vessel and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until an instant-read or meat thermometer inserted into the meatiest fragment registers 150 to 155°F. Uncover for last half-hour of cooking and attach a little dampen if apples have dried out.

I don't reckon you should consider to eat penguins because:
1. They are an animal(I'm opinion)
2. Bad condition issues can occur to you.
3. Why would you want to get through a penguin.
