Vegetarians get through more then vegetables. We drink legumes, beans, whole grain, fruits etc.
plants are alive, but they do not own nervous systems, so for this reason cannot feel anguish. and of course you cant a moment ago survive off of veggies, but to be exact why we eat grain, rice, legumes, beans, fruits, soy and nuts as well. not a soul can survive with only one food group, but you can survive with out animals.

oh and to poutine, we can carry b12 from kidney beans and vitamins. if you eat a impartial diet, we have no deficiency.
