IS soggy brocolli eatable?


I kept my brocolli frozen so they will stay fresh.
After I took them out.. they looks soggy, Can I still cook'm or will I die if i do so

I don't think so. You are better of cooking some more or going to by some more. Sometimes veggies are already gentle of bad when you buy them from the store. Some fresh foods you should cook beside in 7 to 10 days.

It's toothsome, just not necessarily palatable.

I don't reflect on you will die.
But it sounds gross.

If you defrosted them closing week or something I would throw it away, but if you let them liquefy and that's just the mode it was I'm sure it's OK. I'd cook it, you can't dip soggy veggies contained by dip. Yuk.

Try soaking them for about ten minutes, within cold water, in the past cooking. This should help replace the wet that is removed by freezing. If they are still somewhat flaccid, soak a little longer.

Steam it, consequently dunk in rime cold water and it crisps up.
It is eatable. Unless you're a lacto-vegetarian who might have issues next to eating the microorganisms, microbes and other cultures that have developed on your soggy broccoli. Germs are. close to.... people too man.

blanch until that time freezing and you wont have that problem
