A yogurt Question?


Out of all animalby products I singular eat yogurt.( don't put away fish nor sea food) Is in that a name for it, approaching semi-vegi , or something?

you probably eat more animal products than you cogitate. milk, whey (found in oodles processed foods, cheetos and such, and baked foods) eggs (in mayo and pastries), honey (in breads and cereals), and dozens of additives made from animal parts, milk byproducts, etc. for example, pickles almost always enjoy an ingredient that comes from pigs. (polysorbate 80, i think.)

unless you become strict lacto-vegetarian, you're probably eating animal products within every meal, in need knowing it.

you're a lacto-vegetarian, if you don't eat any style of meat or eggs, but still eat some dairy.

You nouns like a soul who likes yoghurt. That's ok. Many those like yoghurt. It's honourable. It stops you from being Vegan. Please don't stop ingestion yoghurt, because if you do you will become a vegan and vegans suck.
