One of my favorites is "Lean and Luscious and Meatless" by Bobbie Hinman & Millie Snyder. It have LOTS of delicious recipe, like Mexicali squares, vegetable stew, ratatouille pot pie, mock tuna salad, marvelous mushroom cheeseburgers, zucchini mock crab cake, chickenless a la king, almost Hungarian goulash, veggie quiche, etc.
A cookbook I got just now is "Betty Crocker Easy Everyday Vegetarian". I checked it out of the library, made their Pizza Puff Pie recipe, and knew that I have to buy the cookbook.
There are also lots of vegetarian cookbooks on eBay, and lacto-vegetarian recipes on the internet.
for some reason, i really resembling mushrooms cooked with group. maybe you could munch through vegitables cooked with some sensitive of meat but not eat the meat.
