i hate to munch through meat, hen and fish.but i like milk and cheese hugely much.can i be a vegetarian?
Answer:
Yes you can. There's different kind of vegetarian diets or lifestyles. Each have it's own name. For example if you don't devour meat but consume milk and eggs, then that diet would be call "Lacto-ovo-vegetarianism". *excuse my english*
You can even consume fish as well and be considered a lacto-vegetarian (well almost) and this diet would be called "Pascatarian"
Now, if you do not consume any animal products, not even milk or honey, next you'd be a Vegan.
I myself was a lacto-vegetarian for about 2.5 years (although i cheated once a month near organic bread made beside organic animal products) and never feel so good surrounded by my entire life.
If you are seriously thinking within trying a healthier lifestyle, try the "lacto-ovo-vegetarianism" diet, and conceivably even incorporate a bit of fish. Simply by doing this you'd be doing your body, nature and animals a huge favor. Then verbs to a stricter diet once you feel comfortable and are truly settled to do so. This way you'd know and undertsand the diet better and you would also know lots new dishes or alternatives you could guzzle and therefore not touch like there's no choices out in attendance for you.
