YES...you should liquefy it out in the fridge...it sort of change the taste and consistency of it. It should be fine to drink though. Best to shake it up to that time you drink it.
Yes it is still locked to drink, however Most people don't close to it, freezing causes the soy milk to sperate.

Yeah, it's fine, but it might be a bit chunky, but it won't enjoy any bacteria growth etc. while frozen so it's ok. Just dissolve it in the fridge, not on the kitchen counter.
