Any suggestion on what 6 small meal i should put away to loose 15 pounds?

work out daily is better devour what you want just smaller quantity of.. drink more water in the past you eat

I would envision light breakfast meal would be good approaching oatmeal and fruits.
be pure vegetarian,avoid unwanted items food eat simply home cooked food try and eat boiled food for 2 weeks and see the difference,adjectives the best.
