Dear vegans...?

i've been a lacto-vegetarian for 6 years and am slowly deciding i want to be lacto-vegetarian.
i've got breakfast time plans and talked to individuals about what i should and shouldn't put away, etc.

but when reading labels on such things as vote; sauces and pastes, WHAT kind of things do i need to spawn sure aren't written on the ingridients section?

A few common ingredients found surrounded by lots of "seemingly" vegan food. to look out for include:
Gelatin (including marshmallows)
Casein (calcium caseinate) (Found within soy cheese sometimes.)
Rennet (Also found even in soy cheese sometimes.)
Whey (a dairy product found within lots of things... breads, margarine...
Also look out for :

It can be tricky at first, but after awhile you take used to knowing what's what.

Godd Luck!
PETA's website gives lots of detail going on for Vegan friendly food. One thing I discovered, the veggie sausage by Morningstar Farms contains eggs. Have fun reading the label.
Stick to mostly whole foods. There is a roll somewhere online called "Accidently vegan" near a whole roll of items that happen to be lacto-vegetarian.
Great question! Here's an amazing website for you near pretty much all of the animal byproducts you might not expect. Some of these things can be from plant OR animal sources (for example, glycerin can come from either), so you may requirement to contact the company or check websites like www.peta.org, because they enjoy already verified with abundant companies what is and isn't vegan. Some things also aren't used anymore, but this is still a VERY of use website!

Pretty much if you know your foods like plant underside foods-keep in mind when your reading.
The easiest piece to say is DON'T DO IT! Its not confident and I don't think its athletic at all, lacto-vegetarian is just approaching a fad for hard-core vegetarian. You'll never be happy, it'll simply make you look awkward when ingestion out and spend ages shopping cos you've got to check everything. Don't conversion yourself for the same of a vivacity time of grueling punishment.
Enjoy this one below it my favourite.

Red food coloring = E124 or E32, which is beetle blood and its surrounded by most sweets, sauces and curries.
you can tell by the looks of the food
