Try roasting any veggies you like contained by the oven with a prepared marinade mix, Italian dressing, or some olive grease and spices until they're soft, then putting this onto some really devout bread that you've crisped up under the broiler. 1/2 avocado, mashed
two cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 small tomato, chopped
1-2 mushrooms, sliced
lemon liquid to taste
deep-sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taster
2-3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup rice
alfalfa sprouts
pita bread

Directions:

Combine adjectives ingredient except sprouts and pita. You can add more or smaller amount or completely omit anything you choose. After everything is mixed cut pita in partially. Put one half inside the other. Add the mixture and some sprouts, and you are in position to feast.

Cucumber Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients (use lacto-vegetarian versions):

2 slices bread
Dijon mustard
leaf lettuce
1/2 cup hummus
meagrely sliced cucumber
sliced tomato
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon grated dairy free parmesan cheese

Directions:

Spread both slices of vegan bread beside dijon mustard. Place lettuce on one slice of vegan bread. Spread the hummus on the lettuce. (This prevents the lacto-vegetarian bread from getting soggy if you take the sandwich to work). Lay the cucumber slices resting on the hummus and the tomato slices on top of the cucumber. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over adjectives. Close the sandwich, cut in partly, and enjoy.

Cheesy Spinach Garlic Pitas

Ingredients (use lacto-vegetarian versions):

1-2 vegan pitas, cut within half
spinach
1 cup lacto-vegetarian cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup vegan mayonaise (depending on how how several of these you are making)
1-2 cloves garlic (powdered is okay, but I just prefer crushe'd garlics taste)
cayanne pepper to soft spot
crushe'd black pepper to taste
brackish to taste
olive grease
Optional:
avocado
tobasco sauce

Directions:

Combine vegan mayonaise beside crushe'd garlic, salt and cayanne pepper. Turn on stove and brush tub with olive grease. Make sure not to use too much or it will overpower the other flavors.

Slice your vegan cheese into adulterate slices (I'm a fan of the Vegan Gourmet cheese Alternative Mozzerella or the Vegi-Kaas Mozzarella for this recipe but use your favorite caring.) Spread garlic and cayanne mayonaise on the inside of the pitas (I tend to use quite a bit of this, but its really up to you). Crush black pepper into the mayonaise. Add spinach and lightly sliced vegan cheese and place within your pan. Turn frequently and remove from boil when vegan cheese is melt and bread is turning golden brown.

If you like, incorporate the avocado and/or the tobasco sauce when it comes out of the pan. This (and variation of it) was a staple of mine for awhile, so I know I similar to it :-)

Marinate some veggies surrounded by balsamic dressing and grill them (inside or out) and put on a roll with some melt cheese if desired.

When I'm hankerin for a delicious sandwich short soy protein or tofu, I enjoy a classic LT (Thats BLT short the bacon!) I
usually use a toasted high fiber potato bread and lately salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon liquid for extra flavor.

Avocado, Tomato and Rocket Pannini

Ingredients

1 Panini roll or baguette per human being
1/2 avocado per person, sliced
1 full-size tomato per person, sliced
Rocket





You can any use a Panini roll and grill it or use a baguette and use a griddle pan.

Slice the roll contained by half and put a branch of tomato slices, then a stratum of avocado slices and then some rocket. Then another band of avocado and another layer of tomato

If you are using a Panini roll pop it below the grill until golden brown and then turn over attentively and toast the other side.

If you are using a baguette, lay on a griddlepan and press down hard beside a metal spatula until it has unlit brown stripes. Then turn over and repeat on the other side.

Double Homous Sandwiches

Ingredients

thinly sliced cucumber pieces
daintily sliced tomato pieces
homous
vegan cream cheese
sun dried tomato blend
4 slices of wholemeal bread




On the first slice of bread spread with cream cheese and put your on the top cucumber . Then place another piece of bread on top and spread heavily with homous. Then add on another slice of bread and spread with sun dried tomato blend and then place on your tomato. Finally make a payment the last piece of bread and cut up.

well if you are lacto-vegetarian, the this wont work for you but if you arent..
then this is what i love.
season some chicken breast to your taster
while you grill it:
spread once side of the bread you are using with mayo(or no mayo if you dont similar to it)
cut 2 slices of a tomato.
some lettuce.
when chicken is finished place on the mayo'd side.
top with some cheese if you want, after place tomato slices and lettuce.
sprinkle with for a while salt and pepper.(again, if you prefer)
complete the sandwich and MUNCH ON IT

Lays Sandwich. Stack some lays chips and put them on 2 slices of bread.
Portabella Mushroom Sandwich.

Grill the Mushroom (use water instead of grease to keep mushroom moist)
Put anything you want contained by the sandwich- cheese, mustard etc.
How just about egg salad.

Hard boil a couple of eggs. cool. peel. Smash next to a fork. Add chopped onion -- regular or green, salt, pepper, and salad dressing, similar to Miracle Whip. Put on bread or bun of your choice.
Grill your favorite cheese (I resembling pepperjack) on dark rye next to tomato and avocado. Very simple and very mouth-watering.

Roasted red pepper, roasted zucchini and swiss cheese on a bun that have been spread near pesto! Hot or cold, this sandwich rocks!
I luv using Hummus &/or Avacodo for the start of a really correct sandwich with lots of fresh veggies. Almost anything you close to in a salad works great.
I similar to nut butters too.
