If you are talking give or take a few things that are considered halfway commonplace foods, then it would be octopus. Nasty, briney flavor, awful rubbery texture... Bleh, gain it off my sushi, please!
But if it isn't a food, the worst entry I've tasted would be within high university chem when my teacher have us try these strips of paper that it's genetic or something to aroma. About four other kids put it in their mouth in the past me, and didn't taste a point, I put it in and it jam-packed my mouth with the nastiest bitter tang ever. I had my person in charge under the faucet for something like two minutes before it not here.

Lamb pluck stew.
The "pluck" is primarily the innards of a lamb (lungs, kidneys, heart, liver, etc.) I have no problem drinking innards usually (and high surrounded by iron!!) but the kidneys were tremendously strong.
Or maybe the lamb have a drinking problem and his liver was shot.

Pigeon and guinea pig when i went to south america. EWWWWW the guinea pig didnt savour all that doomed to failure but the texture was revolting. i even get some fur in my teeth. ewewwwww the pigeon kinda taste like turkey but it have some weird sauce on it made out of resembling grasshopper juice. oh my gosh that be GROSSSSS
I have a strawberry milkshake when I was going on for 3. Make me sick enough that the thought of a strawberry milkshake (even a properly lacto-vegetarian one) makes me cringe. And even stranger, I love strawberries and veg rime cream. Just never ever together in drink form.....ick....
