Answer:
We try to have a fine breakfast..so it's always lacto-vegetarian. I kind of "mix and match"...Some of the things we own are, " home made yogurt", fruits,or fruit salads, eggs done in different ways, such as omelettes, or used surrounded by french Toast with complete wheat bread, pancakes or waffles, clean cereals, Old fashioned Oatmeal, and lots of raisins, Applesauce near raw apples and lots of cinnamon, I'm getting hungry presently, and it's time to rustle up some breakfast!
ps...we top off our "healthy" breakfasts next to a slab of Hershey's Dark Chocolate!
after all...we hold to "indulge" in something fun!! ;~)

Oatmeal with pure brown sugar and soy milk. Sister is ultra-vegan and started me on soy milk.
Special K with for a time bit of milk. I just devour enough to not be hungry, but not too much to be full. I don't want to use the bathroom during college.

Gourmet Gruel: oats with cinnamon, ginger, English walnuts, almonds, skim milk, brackish, artificial sweetener and vanilla. No bad butter, no refined sugar, lots of antioxidants, and oat fiber.

Generally anything sweet. I like chocolate criossants, vanilla criossants, almond criossants, chocolate red muffins, yoghurt, cereal with something sweet contained by it, french toast, pancakes. I know I probably should eat something more sound and less sugary but it a moment ago seems to achieve me going in the morning and nil else will do. I'm probably addicted or something, my man thinks I'm a chocoholic.
