(raw oatmeal)
oat groats soaked overnight contained by water. (about a handful to a bowlfull of water)
rinse oat groats, after put into mixer and add a splash of wet, a ripe banana, local raw honey, stevia, or figs (or something to sweeten!) and mix until smooth. I usually supply some extra water/almond milk as I like thinner 'oatmeal'. Mix contained by or top with plenty of peaches, a adjectives apple, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, other fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, etc!
Another thing I formulate, that I and my husband love is sweet potato jerky. If you enjoy a dehydrator (a must for hardcore vegan/raw 'cooking' or uncooking!) this is easy, otherwise use a gas oven on heat for overnight/several hours. Take a sweet potato or two and slice thinly. (use an assortment of thicknesses, you'll find out which you like best!) Put them within a ziploc bag. In a bowl, prepare a marinade of lemon liquid, herbs, marine salt, and any other seasoning (cayenne etc) you'd similar to. marinate the slices for a day or two and after place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate as directed. Otherwise, place on greased, oven trays and leave surrounded by a warm oven for several hours. Check and turn as needed until of the desired consistency!

OKAY....Here are some tips and recipe!!........
Raw Spaghetti:
'Noodles'
using an incredibly sharp (be careful!) stick or pizza cutter, slice squash thinly contained by long strips....make however much you're going to necessitate and put into a bowl. You can sprinkle them with extra-virgin, cold-pressed olive grease and place in a thaw spot to kinda soften if you similar to well-done pasta.
Sauce:

1 to 2 lemons, fresh squeezed
Blend all of the above surrounded by a blender until smooth and creamy then turn onto unbeatable speed and slowly drip in 1/2 cup extra virgin olive grease until it has emulsified and become whip....
This is a basic recipe...you can attach dill, italian seasoning, chili power, cumin, mustard, onion powder, or other seasoning to spice up!
Creamy Cabbage:
a head of cabbage (chopped exceedingly finely with a food processor or spiralizer)
an ear of corn, decobbed
a handful of parsley, arugula (spicy!) or cilantro
a rush or two of organic soy sauce or Braggs Aminos
"Mayo" (refer to recipe above) mixed within to desired consistency.
"Spicy Green Bean Fingers"
Wash and de-top and tail green beans. Place into a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Immediately drain and pour rime water over...drain. Marinate beans next to extra virgin olive oil, deep-sea salt, Braggs, and spice (cayenne, italian seasoning, dill, vinegar, etc) Use them as 'chips' for dips.
SMOOTHIES!!
You don't own to have cow's milk or premade nut milk,
a short time ago throw seeds/nuts into a blender *helps if they've been soaked several hours/overnight* and whiz. Sweeten beside honey, figs/dates, maple syrup, etc. Frozen Bananas are a must for smoothies. Frozen mangoes, peaches, or strawberries also provide good consistency and smoothness. All the fruit you're going to affix can be frozen! Flax seed grease is a good means of access to add richness and OMEGA's to your smoothies. Just for a moment drizzle or two per person!
Take it out of the package, guzzle, enjoy

Take some soft tacos and take a grater and shred some carrot,brocolli,cabbage,lettu... onto the tacos. Grate some of your favorite cheese over the veggies and roll up, hold together with toothpick . Another is A fruit salad. Lay a bed of lettuce, on a plate, put a seam of two kinds of apple slices, next a layer of bananas and can mandarin orange slices,and pineapple chunks, sprinkle next to chopped dates , after another layer of apples, etc. repeating the layer ending beside the dates, put a serving spoon of orange sherbert,on top and put surrounded by microwave just just about 15 seconds to start it melt down over the fruit, and put a scoop of vanilla rime cream on top of this. The second branch is narrower than the first, and the next smaller, sort of similar to a mountain of fruit.
I love this drastically quick and assured side dish!!
Broccoli Salad
In the refrigerated sector of pre packaged salads in that is a bag of Broccoli salad veggies. (looks approaching the veggies for Cole slaw)
Use 1 bag of broccoli mix.
1/2 Jar Marie's Cole slaw dressing
1/2 cup soy nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Mix adjectives ingredients and enjoy!!
Almond Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients :
MARINADE
1/2cupsoy sauce
2tblpeanut butter
1/4tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1lbWhite Wave tofu, cut in 1/2" cubes,
2tbloil
1xbell pepper
1/2tspginger powder
6xscallions
3stalkcelery
8ozwater chestnuts
2cupcold hose
1/3cupsoy sauce
2 1/4tblcorn starch
1/2cuproasted almond slivers
Method :
* Add tofu, cut in 1/2" cubes to marinade, and marinate for 30 minutes.
* Chop and saute contained by oil until tender, bell pepper through dampen chestnuts.
* Blend together the cold water, soy sauce and corn starch for sauce.
* Add sauce to sauted veggies and simmer. Add tofu and marinade. Simmer Until sticky. Stir in roasted almonds and serve promptly over noodles or rice.
