Vegan BBQ recipe?

Does anyone have any apposite ones? Something more interesting than slices of courgette, peppers, tomatoes and mushroom.
Can I craft kebabs out of something like couscous, what would I use as a binding agent? (Eggs would be OK for me because I guzzle meat anyway - I just want to try something different)

Please - no tofu or quorn. These are the devil's food.

Answer:
Try marinating the veggies first beside any kind of marinade (plain behind the times Italian dressing works fine), then craft kabobs. Use button mushrooms, zucchini or summer squash, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, little one potatoes, onion chunks. I also like potatoes next to butter and onion slices with saline & pepper wrapped in foil...you can also make the addition of fresh rosemary or chives. Portabello mushrooms marinated then grilled are great. Grilled asparagus and corn on the cob...I'm hungry immediately...

I wouldn't try making couscous kebabs - whatever you stick it together beside it'll fall apart. Polenta works all right on the barbecue though - cut into slices, as do chunks of halloumi (not vegan though as you would expect!).
I put just give or take a few any veg on there - try heart of palm, aubergine, gem squash. Mushroom's more interesting if you riddle it with garlic butter, corn on the cob unsurprisingly, and whole babe courgettes.
Mmmm...shame the weather's gone all rubbish! I really fancy a barbie immediately!

Spell this: POSITIVE

Your insults would have more of an impact if you spelled them correctly.
