Can you pass me any accurate, simple, meatless recepies?

I am a vegetarian. I call for a simple meal using foods in general aroung the house.

Answer:
Take lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions, etc... chop and mix. yum.
vegetable pizza...same pizza recipe without pepperoni or any meat.
Im not a vegetarian but I love lacto-vegetarian stir fry, and you just cut up adjectives the vegetables you happen to enjoy in the house, include some cashews, almonds or chinese type noodles.
Get a box of Spanish Rice, Rice-a-Roni. Prepare that as directed, beside the can of tomatoes. Then five minutes before it is done cooking, affix one small can of niblet corn (drained), one 14 oz. can of red kidney beans, and if you like them, a can of drained mushroom pieces.

This make enough for a ancestral of four with a salad or garlic bread on the side, have grains, vegetables, and protein surrounded by the beans!
Pasta tossed next to a little olive grease, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon zest and shaved parmesan cheese
Veggie Chilli is my favorite!

1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 cloves of crushed garlic
1 can of garbanzo beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can of pink beans (or use doesn`t matter what beans you like)
2 cans of veggie broth
Add chilli powder seasoning to morsel
Add cayanne pepper & red pepper flakes to taste
Combine adjectives ingredients and let simmer until its get a great chilli texture
You coul also add corn ;-)

SOooo apt!
i know pasta is the plague of all vegetarian - but if you are looking for simple - there really is zilch simpler than making meat-free lasagne or spaghetti. a trick is to use TVP in place of any meat. you soak the tvp surrounded by some water for around 15 minutes, and then squeeze the wet out, then you put it surrounded by a pan and fry it contained by pam or a little grease. when it is nice and brown, it is ready to use as a meat-substitute (ground beef substitute, really) within things like tacos and pastas.
that's how i similar to to do it. also, if you have spinach or squash or eggplant or any other veggies around, lately throw them into the mix and you have instant hotchpotch to your meal.
oh, and i don't know if you would resembling this, but one of my favorite meatless goodies that is relatively athletic is i like to heat my own potato chips using sweet potatoes. slice them into thin rounds, coat beside x virgin olive oil or pam, and saline and pepper them - maybe use some chili powder or paprika or doesn`t matter what you think would drink good as flavor on it, and throw them on a cookie sheet at 350 degree for about 10 minutes. hold an eye on nthem though, because they will burn dependsing on how thin you slice them. the thinner, the crunchier, though. i have some lastnight, and they are soooo good.
spaghetti w/o meat
We chomp through meat rarely surrounded by our hose. I generally cook what I call slop in a pot. Looks gross, taste delicious and it's effortless.

rice, ramen, pasta, couscous or a combination

canned or frozen vegetables (I resembling the no salt added can veggies- albertsons has a great line)

cheese- i usually use a combination of veleveeta and cheddar or parmesean

cream of anything soup (mushroom, celery, broccoli, or asparagus is great) OR tomato sauce, fasten, stewed tomatoes

spices- I usually use premixed Italian, Mrs. Dash, or some other premixed seasonings

the best part is, theres no measure and you cook it all surrounded by one pot so there's less dishes

Good Luck!
