Does drinking multiple liveliness drinks hurt you over time?

ive heard that soda can reverse what calcium does for you. do get-up-and-go drinks do the same point?

i dont know if that part of it is true, but they will be bleak for you simply because of how much caffiene is in them. hell, most of them even tip off you not to consume too many contained by a day. dont drink to abundant. that much caffiene isnt good for anyone.
I own friend who lives off of animation drinks and has be getting severe constapation from them. I am sure they would hurt you over time just similar to any chemical in your body would explicitly un natural. i would try to stay away from stimulants unless you really really are tired and requirement them.
It can, it depends on how many and how recurrently you are drinking them. Of course if that was your lone source of liquids you would do serious injure to yourself, even more than 1 a day isnt considered a suitable idea.. but indulging every once and awhile shouldnt hurt you. When I be working 70 hour weeks my doctor informed me not to have more than 2 a daytime.. so I stuck with that. I also made sure to drink lots of hose down and I take calcium supplements...

Energy drinks are vastly dangerous over time.
They are NOT made to be drunk close to soft drink (coke, fanta). These drinks have profoundly of chemicals in them and are usually intensely high surrounded by caffeine - a lot more than coffee.
