Fish for beginners...?

My husband used to eat fish as a child until he choked on a bone soon. He hasn't had fish since. Now that we are married he wishes to try eating fish again but hate a strong fishy taste. Can you suggest a fish that have a very hurricane lantern taste to it? I don't want his first fish banquet to overpower him with a strong fishy fancy.

Try tilapia....little lemon juice and blackening seasoning...overheat in oven at 350 for in the order of 10 minutes..serve with baked potato and salad
I would recommend Sole or Flounder. These are both white fleshed fish beside a very mild flavor. A little saline and pepper on both sides and you're ready to be in motion. )Remember, the key to cooking fish is to draw from your pan smoking hot until that time adding the grease and fish. Since both of these fish are fairly bare, you won't need to sear them for long past they are done (maybe 2minutes on each side, or until nice golden brown).
