Does anybody know what is 'mesmoules'?

Got this name from a Greek friend. It is a character of fruits. But I don't exactly what kind of fruit it is.

Answers:
They are also call "mousmoula" or "messpoless" (pronounced MOOssmoola - MEsspolehss) etc.

There are two kinds, any
loquat (Eriobotrya japonica)

medlar (Mespilus germanica)

I'm not sure what kind your friend intended to describe, though.
Hmm, some fruit, some friend...

(It's 'my mussels' contained by French. In that sense 'moules' would indeed be 'fruit', i.e. 'fruits de mer'. 'Moule', however, is also something altogether more graphic within argot, or French slang, which I won't publish here...)

"Beware Greeks bearing gifts"..? :-/

All the best.
