I usually lay down out [we have great pizza surrounded by Chicago] but when I make my own here's how I do it
Perfect Pizza Dough
I developed this dough years ago. Baking your dough on a pizza stone will
guarantee a nice crispy pizza. At most minuscule 45 minutes before baking pizza, put a pizza
stone [or 4 to 6 unglazed victim tiles arranged together] on oven rack in lowest
position within oven and preheat oven to highest setting [500°F-550°F].
3/4 cup thaw out water [105°F to115°F]
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 envelope yeast [ensure its freshness]
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. olive grease
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
Place 3/4 cup thaw out water and honey contained by mixer or food processor. Sprinkle yeast over;
let stand until mixture is foamy, around 5 minutes. Add flour, oil and saline. Process until
dough forms. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth, roughly speaking
5 minutes. Transfer dough to large oil bowl; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap,
consequently kitchen towel. Let dough rise in reheat draft-free area until doubled surrounded by volume,
about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down dough. Divide into 2 equal ball. Roll out your
dough, top and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy.
Pepperoni, more cheese, mushrooms, & pineapples.

I love tomato and basil or corn and bacon
I love ham, pineapple, green pepper, and black olives. I'm lazy; I usually of late buy a frozen cheese pizza and add my own toppings.
I like to progress a bit "gourmet" when I make a pizza at home (I'm looking for a upright easy dough recipe though) my first choice topping is a thin echelon of ricotta , garlic , smoked salmon (piled up) , red onion and capers , grana padano cheese
The kids love tomato substructure ham , tasty cheese , pineapple and egg on top.
My husband Likes tomato foundation ham , prawns , mild salami , red onion , capsicum , smoked oysters , anchovies and a little bit of cheese on top !

dough-flour is the trick, buy unbleached do not buy bromated flour and use a high gluten product, donate natural sugar to your flour, white sugar is bleached
Lots of cheese, and some pepperoni. From Pizza Hut, I like in recent times bacon on it, and also ham and pineapple is awesome!
My favorites are peporonni, pinnaple, mushrooms, Tons of cheese, green pepers, onions, ham. and sometimes sausage. My mom trade name this really good dough it taste so good!
