I am trying to figure out how to return with the calories for a 100 gram serving of cheese.

try looking on the package...it should put in the picture you what the serving size is, for example, a serving of Honey Comb is 32g, and than look to see how many calories are surrounded by one serving...after that, its just simple math to amount how many calories contained by 100g of sharp chedder cheese

The database I used doesn't make any difference bettween the types of cheddar approaching sharp, extra-sharp or mild so I assume they are all indistinguishable.
