Well, don't know if it is scientific reality but I notice that when I drink a meal near beef, pork or chicken I feel a short time sluggish which is a pain if it is lunch time. But when I chomp through fish I feel more energized and smaller quantity tired.
Fish is good to get through. There's fiber, protein, less portly. However, you do have to take heed though. Most types of fish including salmon, tuna, etc. have glorious levels of mercury contained by it. Mercury is a type of poison that if consumed too much of it, you could get inadequately sick. I'm not saying don't ever chomp through salmon or tuna again, but maybe freshly have it once or twice a month. I love fish, thats practically adjectives I eat, but I do issue myself to it a couple of times a month. Talapia is a fish with absoloutley no mercury surrounded by it and I eat it like mad. Also, fish has plentifully of omegas and protein in it.
