Why are the insides of chip loads shiny?

the foil bags keep the light out and bad of the potato chips.

Light can speed up oil oxidation (turning rancid), especially within chips since they are an oily product.

so when u have crums gone on the bottem of the bag out chips u hold u pore the bag within ur mouth thats when ur mouth eyes and bag fashion contact causing u to look at the inner stupid ness...... shiny is approaching mirror and mirors are MUST
Hmm accurate question. Im pretty sure it have to do with keeping wishy-washy out of the bag so the chips ending longer.
