Aswell as a load of rubbish, so far today I enjoy had two of the five a time and plan on having at least possible two more. Try and get my five a daytime most days!

I hold had mine - I put them into smoothies as I wasnt drinking enough fruit formerly. I dont think its rubbish though - I guess it is a way of encouraging us to by angelic foods and to stop us buying so much processed rubbish that is no worthy for us.
yep i have sweetcorn in my chicken soup , onions contained by my curry and banana in a fritter and grapes contained by the bottle of wine i drank with my 3 portions of fruit and veg lol

i only hold around 3 a day, i don't see a entail for 5, and fruit this time a year is rly exspensive
I can't do it, even when I spent a week detoxing and ate nil but fruit and veg I couldn't eaat 5 different ones a day. Oh powerfully start again next week.
it is not a load of rubbish,designed to variety us buy more products,and yes I've had 5 fruit:apple,kiwiberry,blueberr... and 5 veg:potatoes,carrots,swede,hackney carriage... today.It's important to guzzle 5 portions of fruit&veg,as they contain vitamins,that are essential,to your health.
I get my 5 a morning, and then some. I liquid carrots, celery, parsley, swiss chard and apple at lowest possible twice a day. I get through raw radishes for breakfast (I love them) I drink a big crunchy salad for lunch, with loads of untouched veggies. For dinner, I have veggie stir fry, grilled veggie kababs, or another salad, next to some type of grain. I bite on raw carrot, nuts, celery and radishes, snow peas or other veggies throughout the day. I LOVE my veggies-especially coarse, and straight from my garden. Yum No need for meat.
I think it is a flawless requirement, however, I sometimes do have 5 fruit/veggies a time and sometimes I have my cheat days and I dont touch a piece of fruit.
No I have singular had one portion so far, intend to engineer up to 5 before the hours of daylight is out.

It is not a load of rubbish, in need them, your health would suffer and you would be really spotty get rickets and possibly even scurvy.
If you eat a probably normal diet, I don't believe you call for all that extra fruit and veg - within most cases it's a means of getting you to buy ready-made "smoothies", so while you're getting some of the recommended dose within that, you're ALSO getting the added rubbish in the form of preservatives, so only just eat customarily. We all did beforehand they came up beside that one anyway, didn't we ! ! !

I'm having a salad next to spinach, carrots, red cabbage, tomato, and raisins; an red, an apple, some grapes, and some strawberries, and some broccoli. I don't think it's a nouns of rubbish. I've been ingestion lots of fruits and veggies my whole life span and I think it's a leading contributor to my good robustness and regularly.
i own yes, and more to boot! i've had a banana, a pear, blackcurrant liquid, leeks, parsnips, a handful of raisens, and carrots. so i've have 7 and will probably have another two or three for my dinner too :)

5 a light of day is the recommended amount for this country, and for meat eaters, but in some other countries they recommend more close to 8-10 portions a day. for veggies and vegans too, you should munch through 8-10.

i don't personally deduce it's a load of rubbish to produce us buy more products either. fresh fruit and veg are righteous for you, as they contain vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
