How do you hang on to garlic powder from clumping contained by terrifically impressively hot and drastically humid weather?

I've tried the air tight jar soulution and it didn't work drastically well.

try putting rice surrounded by it or a cracker .
put it contained by the refridgerator.
This won't answer your cross-examine but I live in a hot, clammy climate and it seems everything comes near the instructions to store in a dry, cool place. Especially medicine. TRY ADDING SALT TO IT, YOU WILL HAVE GARLIC SALT THEN-DON'T PUT MUCH IN
I store adjectives my dry spices on the shelf in the frige. It keep them fresher after they are opened and theydon't carry sticky or clumpy especially during the summer. Just make sure U preserve the lids on tight and they will hang on to a long time. and for the salt shaker, I make the addition of about a teaspoon and partially of white rice to the shaker and keep it out of direct sunlight.Rice will hold the moisture.
