How do I prepare a cup of Chamomile Tea?

Do I need to put any sweetner contained by or do I drink as is with only just hot water and teabag?

Answers:
You mentioned that you hold tea bags, so there's no concern over measure and straining loose tea (actually, chamomile flowers, in this case).

Make sure the marine is boiling when you pour it over the tea. I mean, the dampen should be actively boiling...if it's had a occasion to cool for even a few minutes, the tea will be weaker than it should be.

Let it "steep" for a good six or seven minutes...chamomile isn't as strong as regular tea. And as for sweeteners (or other flavorings, such as lemon): it's entirely up to you. Personally, I resembling my chamomile tea straight, but if I were going to include anything, it would be a teaspoon of honey or sugar. And stay away from milk or cream in chamomile...that completely mask the flavor.
oooo! my fav tea!
no sweeteners! use honey. REAL honey.
add it to your chamomile tea according to your swallow.

enjoy!
It is really virtuous just plain, though you could put a touch honey in it. Make sure you steep it long satisfactory as it is a very subtle flavor.
Pour boiling marine over the tea bag, next add unadulterated honey. Dark honey is better for you and tastes lately as good as feathery honey, so I would suggest using that. Also, if you can find locally harvested honey, it can sustain lessen allergy symptoms over time.
