They articulate sushi is the healthiest food ever. If i maintain on drinking this unprocessed food everyday, will it product me sick?

Answer:
it depends on how the fish is prepared. Fish carry fleas like tapeworms if in that not prepared correctly. I wouldn't use fish out of the river of pond to make sushi . i suppose you'd be better off ingestion sushi in a resteraunt or buying fish out of the store if you are making sushi.
No, raw foods are the best.
Honestly how much you eat isn't a factor so much as what fresh food you eat, really, the more you chomp through food that's likely surrounded by some way contaminated the more your immunity will build.

But no, sushi isn't necessarily all that fit, and eating organic food is still bad.
Sushi generally have a bad reputation.

As far as I can relay, there are two risks.

One, you could return with hepatitis if the person preparing it have hepatitis. However this is the same risk if you chomp through from a salad bar.

The other is mercury. Fish enjoy some additional mercury contained by them from being contained by the ocean. However, this is overblown. Your risk of dying from coronary disease from consumption red meat is much higher than getting something from the mercury.

Anyway, sushi is one of my favorite foods. High contained by protein (fish), low in soaking fats, you regularly eat it beside vegetables (the salad) and the standard drink (green tea) contains no sugar.

It also tastes fantastic, contained by fact writing going on for it makes me want to walk get some right presently. bye : )
Eating lightly cooked foods is like playing russian roulette.

Like any gambler, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I would do plentifully of research on the topic, especially the types of organisms found in your favorite untreated foods (eggs-Salmonella, shellfish-Campylobacter, seafood-Listeria, Hepatitis A, Noroviruses) and decide for yourself if it is worth the risk and know how to make out the symptoms in grip you need to want medical attention promptly.
I outstandingly doubt sushi is the healthiest food and know many who will flat out disagree. Raw foods such and fruits and vegetables are well NOT raw meat. Now a days with contaminated waters, coarse meats can butcher you.

Good Luck with drinking yours.
No, you are secure eating sushi day after day provided it is fresh. Raw fish shoudl be eaten the hours of daylight you buy it. It's actually not the healthiest food but up at hand with the ones that are surrounded by general suitable for you. First, the fish is a great fighter against unpromising chlolesterol -- it has plenty of omega 3. The Western diet contains too little fish. Second, the rice fill you up and helps you savour a low calorie but satisfying collation. But, it must be fresh. You will be very sick from 2-day prehistoric sushi.
it's not the healthiest everrr but it is virtuous for you to some extent. i wouldn't eat it everyday though, perchance limit to a few times a week.
Umm...to Kitty...raw veggies can eradicate ya too...Or did you miss the spinach getting pulled off the flea market a little while subsidise?

I don't think I would step as far as saying sushi is the healthiest food ever, as much as I love it, But in attendance are a lot worse and insecure things you could be shoving in your mouth.

You could get through burgers everyday for the next year and keel over from a heart attack.

Everything within moderation.
