i am planning on making a big salad so that when i come home from school everyday that i am competent to eat something flawless tasting and unquestionably healthy :)

Your salad ingredients should parallel what you like to drink. Here is what I like within salad, and why:
Non-iceberg lettuce (iceberg spoils fast, browns, tasteless)
Tomatoes (tasty)
Sweet or green onions (tasty)
Carrots (Vitamin A)
Olives (not tons, they are high within calories)
Broccoli (fiber and yummy)
Cheese (protein)
Beans (fiber and protein)
Make it your own and enjoy your salad!
Just buy a bag of lettuce and put away it.
the secretive to getting people to munch through raw veggies is the texture, not the drink.
Start with a small amount of lettuce, cut into small strips! (don't overdo the lettuce).
Take brocolli flowers and chop finely so they are just about the size of cracker crumbs.
Grate a couple of carrots.
Dice a few small tomatoes.
Thin slice some mild sweet onion.
1 golden delectable apply
chicken strips (baked)
dried cherries
cheese, grated or crumbled (I like feta, but no everyone does).
or, be off the cherries and apples out and replace with (1/2 can) of red beans and corn. Add a small amount of green pepper or massively small amount of hot pepper, very terribly finely chopped.
Ya everyday at work I bring a salad. I buy those bag salads its so much eaiser than cutting the iceburg yourself. Plus they enjoy shredded carrots and cabbage within them already!! Adding celery gives it extra crunch and I usually do a small amount of balsamic vinagar and canola grease those balsamic vinn dressings sometimes have plentifully of calories.
You could incorporate some dried fruit - cranberries or cherries are nice. Or even fresh fruit - apple, pear, etc. I enjoy cucumbers and they hold up other if you cut them up ahead of time to speed up prep time. A little feta cheese is nice - a lower in round too! Enjoy!

In mine, I put kolrabi, jicama, beets, radishes, celery, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower and artichoke heart green peas, chickpeas for protein,. I make a muted dressing of olive oil and fresh lemon, near fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, garlic, parsley, and cumin) Yummy!
