Answer:
As my daughter and husband both dislike red sauce, I had to come up next to something new and different.
Thus, I created this pizza which have fresh basil & spinach, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, shredded cheese. (remember, any toppings you want are fine...these are my family's personal choices).
I manufacture this by starting out mixing in a bowl the minced garlic, olive grease and fresh basil, with a few pinches of brackish.
Let this marinate for 30+ minutes.
Using a pastry brush, dip in the marinade and brush adjectives over the pizza dough.
Next, top with spinach, afterwards cheese, tomatoes, black olives, jalepenos...whatever you resembling.
Bake for 6-8 minutes on 375.

My Favorite Pizza is from a Local Italian Place in ST. Louis Called IMOS (pronounced E- MOs)
It have a very sinewy cracker type crust and is loaded with teeth sticking provolone cheese. I grew up drinking this type of pizza versus, the thick sensitive and also with Provolone vs. Mozzerella.
St. Louis have many Italian familial owned restaurants and they are all better than I own tasted anywhere, I moved across the state 10 years ago and I can't even compare the pizza within Kansas City. I never ate Pizza Hut until I moved to KC.
YUCK. Might as well buy Card board pizzas!
I am used to the Mom/Pop Style pizzas, not these prefab concerned.
Now ask me what the best BBQ is in KC and I'll detail you SMOKEHOUSE BBQ is the really best, forget the rest...

When I worked at Domino's Pizza, I would purloin the dough of a medium pizza and stretch it to a sizeable. I used light sauce so that the dough rose more and be "airier". I put down a base of shredded provolone, to some extent than the mozzerella blend, as it had a better texture and melt much nicer. I then would tag on light onions and green pepper (less is better than more). A sprinkling of sausage and beef would shift next. But what made this pizza so angelic was the pepperonis. Rather than lay the pepperonis flat, I would crinkle them up contained by my hand and put them on the pizza. This would fashion the pepperonis crispy once run through the oven. It gave the pizza a nice textural swallow that everyone at work would beg me to fashion.
