Hi, ok so i have 3 kids and trying to rescue for a house, we have started really intake top ramen and mac and cheese alot.(yummy+Cheap) Most of the time when I eat any, I have a concrete time breathing, then I own to poop like 3 times. I do remember have this problem when i was roughly speaking 15 years old. Only next to these two foods. I have NO other allergies to anything, so what can i be allergic to within these foods??

There is nothing wrong near eating these foods, but "your" problem could be the type of flour used to fashion the pasta. If you eat other types of pasta & do not own this problem, then I would guess it is something surrounded by the "type" of pasta used in these two products.
