Can you freeze fresh vegtables?

genaraly yes but some things do not freeze too well best to prepare first by blanching them ie well up in boiling hose down for a second or two

what I would do if it were me, is boil a saucepan of river,and simmer them for 5Min's. once drained and then cooled down,later freeze. they actually aroma very nice.
