depends on what kind of flavor you want...but here are some philosophy...you could grill them, or steam them. also you can add grease or butter. but really salt and pepper are other the easiest way to bring out the flavor.
Somebody told me warm them in condensed milk add flavor. I haven't try it yet though
It depends how you want to drink them, if you are eating them unprocessed, an easy instrument is to add only a little brackish and pepper...or any other spice you like.
To cook them, use some melt butter, margarine..something like that and again some spices you resembling.
Another thing is to bring some veggies raw, and put them near some garlic and onion, and add Italian salad dressing, really mix it powerfully and serve cold.

if you are making stir fry, you can add soy sauce or teryaki sauce i expect and also add within rice, that makes it tang better, hope this helps! =)

You could cook them contained by almost stock. Example: Potatoes in chicken stock, green beans surrounded by Ham stock. How about peas surrounded by garlic butter and then sprinkled next to romano cheese?

Herbs are always well brought-up! basil and thyme are general favs. Garlic is also compliments pretty well. You also return with the veggie spices from stores but these are usually just a mixture of dried herb and spices.
