5-6 small meal.?

Ok ive been told to guzzle 5-6 small meals everyday. except.i dont know what to devour. i got bannas for 1 feast. hahaha. but thats all. any thinking.??

Its really very assured one you get into the swing of it. Stop thinking of them as snacks and consider of them as meals. I have to do this once and all I did be split what I would normally put away in a sunshine and broke it down. Eg. Dinner you might have fish and salad. Well try have a bit of tuna with a bit of salad within the mid arvo and then nite enjoy a smallish cooked piece of fish with a few steamed veges. Another track was to write down what I would as a rule eat within a day and after divided it all up into 6 meal.
Its really very flowing and it can be fun cause you can mix and game all you approaching.
Try to have on the brink meals, basically smaller portion sizes.

1/2 banana, 1/2 c bran cereal or oatmeal, 1 egg.

small salad with 1/2 chicken breast., etc.
yoghurt, any fruit, salad, even jello. peanut butter crackers, pretzel sticks, a slice of cheese.
mini meatloaf,partially a grilled cheese,rice and beans,corn tortilla quesadia, pasta salad, salad, fruit salad, soup, gaspacho, sweet potato fries, baked potato, cottage cheese, ravioli, tuna salad.
Breakfast. Have an egg on toast.
Morning tea. Have a sandwich
Lunch. A couple of sandwiches and a banana.
Afternoon tea. A piece of cake or a couple of ginger nut biscuits
Dinner. Chicken Spuds and Veges.
Supper. Cheese on toast.

Also hold some extra fruit and vegetables. Coleslaw, carrot and celery sticks etc
