It always give me a bad nibble in my mouth. I stopped using it right away. Splenda is still a man made product from legitimate sugar. But moderation of the real entry is better then something that have more then probable chemicals in it. I avoid it very soon at all costs. Also folks with ADD/ADHD hold noticed it make them more hiper, afer drinking it.
