They arent impossible for you. The only difference is that because the sun dehydrates the fruit, the sugar content increases and the nutrients and vitimins that are of benefit decline. I wouldn't trade them for grapes and i sure wouldn't consider them as a fruit substitute.
My grandma is a grape contractor. She does grapes for wine, rasins and regular grapes so i know the in's and out's of grapes. Just a useless talent..

they are concentrated and they are usually glazed with vegetable grease to make them look pretty (and not stick together i suppose) - so they are hugely high in calories compared to other more tasty fruits that are margarine free!

They are slightly different to fresh grapes because they enjoy lost vitamin c and water. But they can still be classified as a fruit, so can preserve, for that matter.
it is better to eat grapes because near is more water content surrounded by them than dried fruit,so they will matke you feel fuller.
