For how long after the "best since bring to a close date" can you drink food?

It`s better to state a particular time to hold ur breakfast,lunch&dinner daily at a same time .There is no hard to please time to eat and also one item have fluid foods trice every day it keep our body active.

If a packet read, "USE by" a certain date though (i.e. a meat product), consequently it's definitely a impossible idea to munch through beyond that time.
